1. I have never heard of Reach for the Stars before, how long have you been in business?

Reach for the Stars began on August 1, 2003 and hope to continue for many years to come.

2. When I place my order how long will it take until I receive it?

If your order contains a CD-Rom it will be shipped to you via the United State Postal Service. Please allow 5-7 days to receive your order within the Continental United States. Alaska and Hawaii may take longer. Please allow up to 2 weeks for Canada and other countries.

If your order is an electronic download you will receive an email with download instructions within 24 hours. If you do not receive a response in your "inbox" within 24 hours, please check your "bulk mail", "junk mail" or "SPAM" folders. If your order is not there please email us immediately, we will be happy to resend your order.

If your order requires customization the time frame will depend on you, the customer, supplying us with the proper information. If you get your information to us your item can still be shipped or emailed in most cases within 48-72 hours. If you have specific questions please feel free to contact us.

3. If I join one of your membership websites, how long do I have to wait to be able to have access? When can I cancel my membership?

Our Membership websites require a username and password to be setup for you. We will set this username and password up as quickly as possible, in most cases you will receive an email within a few hours but not usually more then 24 hours.

Most of our Membership websites may be canceled at any time, however when contracting with us for a website, or for Exclusively Child Care club membership you are committed to a minimum of 12 months. At the end of the 12 months you may then take the items you gained through your membership and cancel your hosting & maintenance or club membership. please contact us with any questions regarding memberships.

4. I placed my order a week ago and I still have not received it. Where is it?

Your order should never take a week to get to you, unless you order an item that is shipped via the United States Post Office and you are out of the country, it may then take up to 14 days to reach you. Please email us if you are ever in doubt of your order arriving in a reasonable amount of time.

5. I purchased your curriculum 2 years ago, where do I go to receive updated calendars and other items?

This is one of our most common questions. If you join our YahooGroup at RFTS_Curriculum-subscribe@yahoogroups.com you will receive email updates as well as have access to updated monthly calendars for all three years of our curriculum.
